We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations for our CO2 Extraction Facility. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in a similar operational role, ideally within the CO2 extraction or related industry.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations for our CO2 Extraction Facility. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in a similar operational role, ideally within the CO2 extraction or related industry.

The Head of Operations will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability. Please note that this role requires international relocation; hence, a valid passport is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the CO2 extraction facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate, manage, and monitor all operational processes for optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and manage a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to industry safety and environmental standards, and promoting employee health and safety.
• Oversee the development, production, maintenance, and innovation of the CO2 extraction systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance, and HR to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize supply chain processes, inventory, and logistical considerations.
• Conduct performance analysis, cost management and other business strategies to maintain profitability.
• Develop operational budgets and ensure the company operates within these financial parameters.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar operational role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Prior experience in the CO2 extraction or related industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of operational processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software.
• A valid passport and willingness to relocate internationally as required.

Summary

As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing high-level structures for our complex IT systems, and guiding the development team during the implementation process. You should have a strong technical background and excellent IT project management skills.

• Extensive experience with system architecture models and their application.
• Proficient in using architecture modeling tools.
• Knowledge of coding languages and all phases of software development lifecycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
